Account opening on bonanza takes four steps. First, visit bonanza.asia or download our Android app, then click "Open an account" and enter your email address, create a password, and choose a username. Second, verify your email by clicking the link we send you. Third, complete KYC (Know Your Customer) verification by uploading a photo of your ID (passport, national ID, or driver's license) and a selfie holding your ID. Fourth, add a deposit method — we support DANA, e-wallet, mobile banking, local payment, online payment, e-wallet, mobile banking, local payment, online payment, and e-wallet. Once your KYC is approved (usually within two hours), you can deposit funds and start using bonanza. If your KYC is rejected, we will email you the reason and let you resubmit corrected documents.

You transfer funds from your bank app to that virtual account, and the deposit appears in your bonanza balance within two hours. Virtual-account transfers are secure and do not require you to share your personal bank details with bonanza — only the virtual-account number. If your transfer does not arrive within two hours, check that you used the correct virtual-account number and that your bank processed the transaction. If a deposit does not arrive within the expected timeframe, first check your bonanza transaction history to confirm the status. If the deposit shows as "pending," wait a few more hours — bank transfers sometimes take longer during peak times or holidays. If it shows as "failed," the funds should return to your original payment method within one to three business days. For withdrawals, we review each request to prevent fraud; this verification typically takes one business day but may extend if our anti-money-laundering checks require extra documentation. Two-factor authentication (2FA) adds a second verification step when you log in or perform sensitive actions like withdrawals or payment-method changes. After you enter your password, bonanza sends a one-time code to your registered phone number via SMS or to an authenticator app. You must enter this code to proceed — even if someone knows your password, they cannot access your account without this second code.
